Some helpful tips and answers to frequently asked questions.

Who do I go to for …..

For most questions you would want to reach out to your School Director or Assistant School Director. But if you are not able to or it’s something that is either more serious or specific you can reach out to the Home Office. But in order to make sure we can help you more efficiently, make sure to reach out to the correct person :
– If it’s about Curriculum and Licensing Questions; reach out directly to Chantel on the Slack app
– If it’s about HR (pay, time office, etc…), Policies and Maintenance; reach out directly to Zack on the Slack app

Direct Deposit

We encourage everyone to sign up for Direct Deposit as soon as they can. But we do this for a couple of reasons :
1. We live in New England, during the winter months deliveries can be unpredictable which can cause delays in when checks arrive due to the carriers.
2. Sometimes the carriers can have issues or delays for reasons other than weather which can cause delays in when checks arrive.
3. By signing up for direct deposit, associates are able to enjoy On Demand Pay.
*On Demand Pay is coordinated through our payroll provider and associates must meet their requirements and adhere to ODP policies and procedures.
