https://educate.lineleader.com/en/articles/6782257-payment-statement

Here is the training for how to walk parents through getting themselves a receipt for LineLeader, it even shows how families who no longer attend can get receipts. You can also share that link with parents as well if they need more help or to watch the video.

For all parents : Utilize the “Need a Payment Statement” button in the lower right corner. It will ask you for your information and then email you a code to be able to access your payment statement through them.

Who do I go to for …

For most questions you would want to reach out to your School Director or Assistant School Director. But if you are not able to or it’s something that is either more serious or specific you can reach out to the Home Office. But in order to make sure we can help you more efficiently, make sure to reach out to the correct person :

School Director OR Assistant School Director
|
Assistant Operations Manager
|
Chantel or Zack

– If it’s about Curriculum and Licensing Questions; reach out directly to Chantel on the Slack app
– If it’s about HR (pay, time office, etc…), Policies and Maintenance; reach out directly to Zack on the Slack app

W2 ( through Gusto )

As of 1/21/2026, paper forms are being mailed from Gusto to all associates and the address on file. All associates are able to access their W2 electronically through Gusto as well.

For associates who were paid with Paylocity in 2025 : Only 1 W2 generates for a company, this is different than if you switch jobs or have multiple jobs because each company has different tax ID’s. This means that Gusto migrated all the data to generate W2’s and they then generate them. This creates 2 opportunities for anyone looking to get an electronic copy :

1 – IF you have an email in Gusto, you can log in as normal and print/download your W2.
2 – IF YOU DO NOT have an email in Gusto, give their customer service phone number a call and they can help get you into the system so that you can then log in and print/download your W2.

The phone number for Gusto is : (800) 936-0383

W4 aka Tax Withholding

Please note that employers are prohibited by law, that we can not help an associate from completing this form – you are required to complete this on your own. Should you have any questions with completing this form please seek assistance from your tax preparer. It is each associates responsibility to complete these forms as well as updating them when and if necessary.

Also, please note that the forms are not the same as they were prior to COVID. The old system of claiming 0, 1, 2, 3, ect …. does not mean what it used to.
